Creating Impact

In the past few years I have been fortunate enough to work on teams that have sought to make an impact for the user beyond the immediate deliverable at scale. The following are selected projects showcasing my approach to design and research, the process, results, and the lessons I have learned.

Trauma-informed Design

Our team leveraged secondary and primary research to develop recommendations for a new trauma-informed role. The role was designed to reduce the emotional burden that 500+ employees and thousands of participants experience during investigation of housing discrimination cases.

Connecting People to Disaster Recovery Resources

Our team conducted testing and prototyped an award-winning site that connects those experiencing disasters with resources.

We received a 2023 Service to the Citizen Award for our work.

Optimizing an IT Helpdesk

Our team conducted comprehensive research and analysis resulting in a journey map, prototypes, and actionable insight to key leadership.
